The Hunter College New York City Food Policy Center is thrilled to announce that submissions are now open for 2025’s 40 Under 40 Awards!
For the tenth time since our first class was honored in 2015, we seek to highlight the work of 40 Rising Stars under the age of 40 who are making big contributions in the world of food policy and bettering the landscape of New York City’s food system.
Previously, we have featured educators, farmers, chefs, scientists, activists, organizers, writers, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and New Yorkers from all walks of life who strive to improve and support the ways we grow, prepare, share, and, of course, eat our food! As we well know, our food system is a dynamic organism, and in these uncertain times, it takes bright minds and strong hearts to keep our communities fed.
